Normally no one is there to answer the phone unless there is a function going on. It will go to the voice mail after the 5th ring. If you are trying to contact someone at a function hangup before the 5th ring and call right back (it's a big room - give people time to get to the phone). If you want to leave a message do so, we check the messages every day or two.
